About the job
We are looking for an Organization & Process transformation to join our Headquarter at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO).
You will hierarchically report to the Chief People & Culture Officer and functionally to the Head of Organization, Strategic Workforce Planning & Reward.
You will be responsible to provide consultancy on Company organizational process development accordingly with business needs and compliant with Group rules, by suggesting organic and lean processes solutions.
You will be responsible to coordinate all necessary steps and cross-functional meeting to analyze, re-design the operative processes, with particular attention to Philosophies and improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma), Supply Chain Management, Digitalization (Industry 4.0) preparing organizational documents (including co-working with Audi and VW Brands Group expert in “Process Design” and “Process Excellence” and “Project Management Consulting”) for the implementation.
Your main activities will be:
- E2E Processes mapping and analysis for core and enabling processes (Design to continuous deployment, Order to delivery, Hire to retire, etc)
- provide detailed analysis and diagnosis, including also benchmarking and gap analysis
- monitor Group organizational rules implementation and report to Audi organization
- perform process design/analysis to implement specific projects / policies / systems or internal procedures/policy to ensure overall coherence of the organizational model
- coordinate cross functional projects in case of processes transformation and digitalization
- support the Strategic Workforce Planning process (10 years planning), prioritizing capability building blocks in the organization and managing the necessary organizational mapping
- works on selected initiatives in terms of process mapping and improvement supporting the Organizational design identifying opportunities for improvements and enhancements in line with business objectives and priorities and potentially driven by new digital technologies/more agile way of working adoption
- collaborating with functional leaders and project managers in assessing needs ahead of the start of transformation initiatives, working also with external partners
- support departments/organizational units in defining Policies and Procedures and clarifying accountabilities within the organization according to the processes
- close cooperation with IT and other Dept. to ensure the continuous processes improvement and monitoring
- spread process culture trough training to Departments and working in teams
- support the governance model and committees architecture in adopting lean and agile organization for efficiency and effectiveness
- collaborates with IT department to define the BPM tool
- collaborates with HR Team & IT Department for implementation of Business Intelligence tools.
- supports the sizing analysis/re-organizational design by analyzing the processes effectiveness
About you
- Master’s degree with specialization in Management Engineering or in Operational excellence or Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of experience in Organization (Processes, Structures, Roles, PJM), Lean processes design
- Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plus
- Processes analysis, mapping competences
- Processes re-engineering (six sigma, etc.)
