What You’ll Be Doing

• Design high-performing quiz funnels, landing pages, and advertorials
• Build and optimize user flows across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, email, and others)
• Ensure designs are conversion-driven, clear, and consistent with our brand identity
• Apply CRO insights, A/B testing results, and user behavior data to continuously improve performance
• Collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, and CRO specialists to create funnels that scale
• Deliver designs that go live, get tested, and drive measurable results

What Helps You Shine

• Proven experience in marketing-focused UX/UI design (funnels, landing pages, performance campaigns)
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Performance-driven mindset, you design for clarity, conversion, and user psychology
• High attention to detail and ability to work within iterative, variant-heavy structures
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, CRO methodology, or performance analytics
• Understanding of buyer psychology and what drives clicks, signups, and actions

• Salary of 3000-4500 EUR gross for a full-time position.
