Join us as a Senior Product Designer and help shape the way money moves across the globe. You’ll be part of a smart, collaborative team focused on our calculator, money-sending, up-sell experience, and receiver management.

Working closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, Product Marketing, and fellow Designers, you’ll play a key role in crafting user journeys that drive real business outcomes and customer value.

Here’s what you’ll do as a Senior Product Designer:

  • Design and deliver thoughtful, user-centered end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile, from concept to launch
  • Translate product requirements into clear, elegant UX/UI solutions that solve real user problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing—to shape strategy and define user needs
  • Use research, experimentation, and data to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience. Communicate ideas and test hypotheses
  • Contribute to our design system by building reusable components and ensuring visual and functional consistency
  • Participate in design critiques and help foster a culture of feedback, learning, and shared ownership
  • Stay close to our users—understand their needs, pain points, and behaviors—and advocate for them in every design conversation

You’ll report to our Director of Product Design.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally in cross-functional product teams
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, polished UX/UI craft, and measurable impact on product outcomes
  • Advanced interaction and visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, consistency, and usability
  • Deep experience with modern design tools like Figma, and a track record of contributing to or evolving design systems
  • Confidence leading the full design process—from framing the problem and running discovery to execution, iteration, and follow-through
  • Ability to build and organise design artefacts (flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, specifications, related documentation);
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to articulate design decisions to stakeholders across levels and disciplines
  • Confidence in running usability tests, user interviews, or co-creation workshops
  • A user-first approach grounded in curiosity, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership
  • The ability to balance speed and quality, make trade-offs, and move work forward independently
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring or guiding other designers and elevating team craft
  • Fluent English language skills

And if you can also do this stuff, even better:

  • Experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or other complex, data-heavy products
  • Comfort making sense of ambiguity and bringing clarity to messy problem spaces
