Web Manager (Drupal)

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Web Manager (Drupal) to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Act as technical liaison for the website, coordinating with the external web service provider (WSP) for hosting, development, and maintenance.
• Analyse internal requests, translate them into functional requirements, and manage implementation through Agile sprints.
• Support content editors by assisting with testing, publishing, and creating new pages on the Drupal-based website.
• Lead the upgrade process from Drupal 11 to newer versions and oversee technical integrations with internal/external systems.
• Improve user and editor experience by anticipating business needs and proposing enhancements.
• Monitor website performance, manage analytics reports, and ensure platform stability.
• Collaborate on content strategy and advise on technical requirements for multimedia production.
• Plan, film, edit, and publish digital content including videos, podcasts, graphics, and blogs.
• Manage the in-house studio (Broadcasting Room), including equipment setup and support during recordings.
• Oversee third-party providers involved in web and content-related services, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.
  
  

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree in IT and minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Agile project management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Drupal with documented experience with at least two major versions of it.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing third-party providers.
• Experience in migration from one version of Drupal to another.
• Excellent technical expertise with Drupal 10 and above.
• Experience analysing business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
• Deep knowledge of web development life cycle.
• Prior experience with back-end and high-availability server setup, container technology.
• Expert level HTML/CSS/JavaScript, PHP, SQL knowledge and demonstrated practical experience.
• Good knowledge of SEO best practices and email marketing.
• Very good experience in creating and analysing reports for websites and other data analytics.
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Deep knowledge of integration of web services and web security best practices.
• Prior experience with UX/UI best practices as well as Editor experience.
• Solid experience in video production and post-production editing with professional tools.
• Proven experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.
• Very good experience producing videos, blogs, podcasts, and other social media content, including graphics.
• Good understanding of the financial sector.
• Previous working experience in a European institution.
• Excellent English language skills(C-level, written and spoken).
