We believe in combining professionalism with innovation, and we are looking for a talented Junior Graphic & Web Designer/Developer to strengthen our Marketing & Digital team.

This is role for someone who is both creative and technically skilled, a designer with an eye for detail and a developer who can bring ideas to life digitally.

Your Role

You will be at the crossroads of design and technology, supporting both the visual identity and digital platforms of HACA Partners. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Manager and internal teams to deliver impactful designs while ensuring our web presence and digital tools are innovative, functional, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Design visual content for social media, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and campaigns.
• Create branding for events and internal/external communication materials.
• Ensure design consistency with HACA’s brand guidelines.
• Support with motion graphics or video editing when needed.

Web Development:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the company website (front-end & back-end).
• Build landing pages and digital campaign elements.
• Implement and customize internal tools (e.g., intranet).
• Ensure security, responsiveness, and SEO performance of digital platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Multimedia, or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and design tools.
• Coding skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular), plus familiarity with back-end (PHP, Python, or Node.js).
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or similar).
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Video/motion design skills are a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a professional environment.
