We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the strategy and execution for a key area within Google Disconnected Cloud.


Job Description :

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the future of our disconnected cloud solutions, from concept and design to launch and scaling. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and executive leadership to ensure our products meet the needs of our enterprise customers and maintain Google Disconnected Cloud’s position as a leading innovator in the industry.


You contribute to the definition of the long-term vision, strategy and roadmap for your product, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market opportunities. You deeply understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape for cloud services; conduct customer interviews, analyze usage data, and synthesize findings into actionable product plans.


You define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, continually iterating and optimizing the product based on data analysis and customer feedback. You support the sales team aiming at driving the success of the product. You clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership


Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or sales architect for a technology product;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Deep technical understanding of Google Cloud, knowledge in Google disconnected Cloud is an asset;

• Strong technical skills in Kubernetes;

• Have very good organization skills, with the ability to follow-up on requests, set priorities and respect deadlines;

• Ability to deep dive into technical requirements when needed and eventually challenge various actors which conceptualize the product;

• Experience and knowledge of public cloud solutions (Google) and Kubernetes architecture;

• Fascinated by evolving technologies and innovation with a strong will to learn new skills and technologies;

• Be customer-minded and results-oriented;

• Strong office application skills (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Visio, MS Project …) and the willingness to develop those further;

• Enjoys working and collaborating together with other departments with a positive mindset in any situation;

• Be a good presenter and have the capacity to inspire and lead the path during presentations;

• Have a positive “can do” attitude;

• Have a good understanding of the Luxembourg IT market and its needs.


Language :

English is required.

French, German, Luxembourgish is an asset.
