Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for a motivated Cybersecurity Specialist to strengthen our security posture and support ongoing projects. The role requires both hands-on and collaborative involvement in daily cybersecurity activities, working closely with local and global security teams.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Manage and oversee security aspects in the context of IT and business projects.

• Actively participate in local cybersecurity program initiatives and team processes.

• Perform day-to-day (BAU) cybersecurity operations and monitoring.

• Collaborate with global security teams and SOC operations on international security projects.

• Provide clear and timely security information to internal stakeholders.

• Support audits and compliance activities as an auditee.

• Guide IT and business teams on secure working practices.

• Deliver cybersecurity support across service lines.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–6 years of relevant IT security experience.

• Intermediate to advanced cybersecurity/information security skills.

• Solid IT foundation (software development, IT support, networking, databases, cloud).

• University degree or equivalent in IT/Information Security preferred.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Collaborative, eager to continuously improve.

• Fluent in English; French or German is an asset.
