We believe in giving our talent real impact and responsibility early in their career. We are not just looking for technical skills. We want people who can grow into leaders. If you're excited about robotics, ready to challenge yourself, and want to see your ideas come to life, we want to hear from you.

Key job responsibilities

A day in the life

From day one, you'll be in the thick of the action. You might start your morning aligning with European teams on project timelines, jump into a technical review of new robotic systems by lunch, and end your day problem-solving with vendors.

You'll run weekly meetings that bring together internal teams and suppliers, learning to coordinate complex projects while building relationships across the organization. As you dive into our technologies, you'll work closely with experts who'll help you understand the nuts and bolts of what we do.

No two days look the same here: you might be on site watching an installation one day and developing process improvements the next. While it's fast-paced, you'll be part of a supportive team that wants you to succeed and grow. We'll throw you in the deep, but we'll make sure you can swim.

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, isn't afraid to take ownership, and wants to make real impact early in their career.
