Your role 💼
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the full setup of a new distribution office in Portugal. The selected candidate will work closely with the Executive Committee (ExCo) and senior stakeholders across multiple countries, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the end-to-end management of the project to establish the new Portuguese entity.
- Coordinate activities and resources across Luxembourg, Ireland, and the UK, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Define and manage the project plan, budget, risk register, and governance structure.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
- Ensure all regulatory, operational, and legal requirements are identified and fulfilled.
- Drive alignment and facilitate decision-making across departments including Legal, HR, Facilities, and IT.
- Track progress and prepare status updates and reports for senior management.
Requirements 💡
- Proven experience as Project Manager in greenfield or expansion initiatives, ideally including the setup of new offices or entities.
- Strong experience coordinating across multi-country/multi-entity environments.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with C-level and ExCo stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of corporate operations including legal, compliance, HR, IT, and facilities aspects.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within scope in complex organizational environments.
- Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong command of English
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a plus.
