Mission:
The mission of Senior Frontend Engineer to architect and implement features for website and mobile application build with React (Native). Improve current set up CI and CD pipelines, introduce test coverage and ensure best practices by the rest of the team.
Outcomes:
- Architect and implement new features with a user-centric approach, leveraging React and Next.js capabilities.
- Optimize performance across rendering strategies (SSG, CSR, SSR) to ensure a seamless and responsive user experience.
- Improve code quality and testing coverage for front-end components, emphasizing maintainability and scalability.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to create a cohesive product experience.
- Mentor junior developers, guiding them on front-end best practices, design patterns, and efficient coding standards.
Competencies:
- Analytical skills: Strong understanding of front-end architecture and ability to optimize for performance.
- Advanced experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- In-depth knowledge of rendering strategies (SSG, CSR, SSR) and how to implement
- them effectively in Next.js.
- Communication skills: Ability to document, explain, and guide the team through
- front-end standards and practices.
- Detail-oriented: Passion for delivering a polished, consistent user experienc
