About the role
- Translating UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performing web interfaces
- Wireframing and making your own designs to implement
- Making independent design decisions and owning the design process for certain projects
- Improving the user journey and optimizing for usability and conversion
- Ensuring responsive design and compatibility across all devices
- Writing and maintaining backend logic (primarily in PHP with the Symfony framework) to support your frontend work
What we're looking for
- You have 2+ years experience in software development
- Strong frontend development skills (HTML, SCSS, TypeScript)
- Passion for design and eagerness to improve the design
- Background in design (can be any of: studies, courses, affinity, work experience)
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in improving user experience
- A strong eye for design and usability; you’re comfortable working with both provided and self-created UI/UX concepts
- Backend experience with PHP (Symfony framework) preferred but not a dealbreaker
