Crowdrealestate is a fast-growing online investment and financing platform that connects investors with real estate projects in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and England. As we scale up, we are investing in smart AI tools and internal automation to make our operations faster, safer and more data-driven.

The Assignment

We are looking for an ambitious bachelor’s or master’s student to help structure and better leverage our internal data and knowledge flows. Think of project and investment documents, marketing reports and management information that are currently spread across different systems. You will bring structure to this, and prepare the data for AI, automation and internal workflows.

You will have room to experiment and creatively explore how structured information can lead to better decisions, smart search tools and workflow automations. Since we operate in a regulated market, you will always work with a strong focus on privacy, compliance and the GDPR and the EU AI Act.

This internship can be set up either as a work placement or a graduation internship.

What you'll be doing

• Inventory internal data sources
• Convert unstructured internal content (PDF, Word, Excel) into usable formats
• Clean and prepare data for AI indexing, including chunking and annotation
• Generate vector embeddings and store them securely
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize use cases
• Build and test AI features such as smart search, support flows and insights
• Ensure data processing follows privacy and security guidelines

Who you are

• You are studying Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, ICT or Software Engineering
• You have experience with Python for data transformation and scripting
• You work in a structured way and understand the importance of clean, reusable data
• You are creative and curious about how AI can improve workflows
• You speak fluent Dutch or English
• You are available full time at our office in Breda
