Inception is the UAE’s national-scale enabler in AI Research and Development. Partnering with Microsoft's AI SaaS, we offer a domain-specific Agentic AI Orchestrator platform utilizing reasoning agents for precise and cost-effective services. Our focus includes AI incubation, IP creation, applied AI R&D, and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages, we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency, collaborating with top universities and industry giants to drive significant advancements in AI technology within the region.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative AI solutions that align with client needs and drive efficiency.
- Solution Architecture (25%): Design and architect scalable AI solutions leveraging Inception’s AI Orchestrator platform, ensuring robust, efficient, and secure deployments.
- Technical Leadership (40%): Provide expert guidance on AI system design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement (20%): Work closely with clients, product teams, and engineering leads to understand requirements, propose AI solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Innovation and Development (10%): Continuously explore and integrate new technologies to enhance our AI offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Documentation and Compliance (5%): Ensure solutions adhere to compliance standards and best practices, maintaining thorough documentation of architecture and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI architecture, software design, or related fields, particularly with AI platforms, products, or applications.
- Strong expertise in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar, with a focus on developing and deploying AI/ML Platforms.
- Deep understanding of system design principles, including experience with modular monolithic, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI-specific services. More specifically, with Microsoft Azure stack solutions.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, enabling scalable and efficient deployments.
- Familiarity with message queue technologies like RabbitMQ and Kafka for managing data workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to design innovative AI solutions to complex challenges.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, guide cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers in best practices and architecture standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Experience with agent-based AI or reasoning agents.
- Knowledge of data engineering, big data processing, and AI model optimization.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced R&D environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive experience in backend development, especially with AI-driven applications, demonstrating a deep understanding of AI architectures and design patterns.
- Proven experience contributing to open-source projects, reflecting a commitment to community engagement and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex AI or backend projects, highlighting your technical capabilities and innovative solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, JavaScript or similar, with hands-on experience in developing AI models and integrating them into large-scale applications.
