We are looking for an AI Engineer based in the Netherlands

As an AI Engineer at IMAGIN.studio, you will be part of a team of 3 Data & AI Engineers working on both internal and external facing projects regarding AI. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and algorithms that drive our car imagery generation and data processing capabilities. You will work at the exciting intersection of automotive visuals, 3D technology, and artificial intelligence, directly impacting our product's accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

What you will be doing

• Develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for various applications, including image generation, data processing, and quality enhancement of 3D car models
• Optimize existing AI algorithms and pipelines for performance, efficiency, and accuracy, particularly within our render farm operations
• Conduct research and experimentation with new AI/ML techniques, including generative AI and large language models (LLMs), relevant to automotive visualization and data
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for training, validation, and inference of AI models
• Contribute to the strategic direction of our AI initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage

What our ideal candidate looks like

• 2+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a high scale production environment
• Understanding of creating AI solutions that are ready for scale and parallelisation
• Strong proficiency in Python. Experience (this can be academic only) regarding relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, GANs, Transformers), and data science principles
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices for model deployment and management is a strong plus
• Familiarity with 3D concepts, computer graphics, or image processing is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with working in Scrum and agile methodologies is a strong plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business challenges into AI solutions
• Open mindset to learn & grow and interest to keep up with the latest developments in AI/ML
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment

• Gross salary budget of 3.500 - 4.500 EUR excluding benefits based on full-time employment
