Role description

As a AI specialist, you will support the design and implementation of data-driven and AI powered solutions that automate content production and marketing processes. You’ll work closely with senior architects, data engineers, and strategists to build scalable, agentic, secure, and innovative AI infrastructures that delivers automation in the Content Value Chain.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with foundational experience in data modelling, coding and a strong interest in AI/ML technologies. You’ll be mentored by experienced professionals and exposed to real-world challenges across industries like retail, pharma, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing AI infrastructures, agents, automations and supporting data models.
• Support the implementation of AI/ML workflows including data preparation, training pipelines, and inference systems.
• Collaborate on the development of governance, security, and compliance protocols.
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and stakeholder presentations.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in data and AI, and share insights with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI, or related field.
• Basic understanding of data architecture principles and AI/ML concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, React, Node.js or similar languages and platforms like make.com/Fusion.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in AI projects, with clear contributions and deliveries.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical AI principles.
• Experience with tools like Adobe Workfront, Make.com are a plus.
