Are you a motivated Project Manager with a passion for driving successful delivery and enabling cross-functional collaboration? We’re looking for someone to join our team and help shape the governance and execution of key projects that directly impact our business strategy.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our department’s initiatives—working with internal teams, business units, and central functions to plan, execute, and deliver projects that align with strategic goals. You’ll scope projects, define KPIs, mitigate risks, and ensure progress towards milestones, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and driving measurable impact.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage end-to-end projects (low/medium complexity) independently and support high-complexity initiatives alongside senior colleagues. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to the teams you support, ensuring every project delivers maximum value.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end project management from scoping to execution and delivery.
• Define and document project goals, KPIs, roadmaps, and deliverables.
• Implement governance structures and ensure alignment with frameworks.
• Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure smooth handovers.
• Facilitate workshops and lead multi-disciplinary teams toward project milestones.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships (up to Director level) and act as the primary point of contact.
• Drive initiatives that deliver measurable value to the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Project management experience.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, structured, and able to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in change management, risk mitigation, and using data to guide decisions.
• Hands-on problem solver with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable solutions.
