Your Mission
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support our dynamic Talent Acquisition team based in Luxembourg with the recruitment of trainee and graduate profiles. In this role, you will manage high-volume recruitment processes, contribute to hiring events and campus initiatives, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. You will play a key part in building our future talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
You’ll be part of a collaborative team of problem solvers with strong expertise in talent acquisition. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for trainees, from job posting to pre-boarding, including screening applications, coordinating assessments, conducting screening calls, facilitating decision-making, and issuing offers/contracts;
- Coordinating daily with our administrative department, including contract issuance and reception tracking, and acting as liaison between candidates and internal teams;
- Assisting TA Advisors with graduate and trainee hiring coordination, including candidate tracking and documentation, as well as supporting administrative compliance (e.g. agreements, document collection, immigration, pre-boarding);
- Providing on-site support during attraction and recruitment events (career fairs, recruitment days), including logistics, registration, and follow-ups;
- Communicating regularly and proactively within the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team to ensure alignment, sharing updates, and delivering a seamless candidate and recruiter experience;
- Participating in improving candidate experience by ensuring smooth communication throughout the recruitment process;
- Maintaining and updating internal data systems and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms to support strategic decision-making and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
- At least one previous or similar experience in recruitment or strong interest in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or professional services environment;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, knowledge in Workday and/or Cornerstone is an asset;
- A curious and analytical mindset, always seeking to understand talent trends and improve strategies;
- A client-centric approach with a collaborative spirit and solution-driven attitude;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team with a results-driven approach;
- Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese are mandatory. French or German are considered as a plus.
