This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Web3 Full Stack Engineer in the European Union.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to build high-impact, cutting-edge blockchain applications and internal tools in the rapidly evolving Web3 ecosystem. You will contribute to protocol-level ideas, validator operations, and MEV automation while collaborating closely with engineers and product leads to deliver scalable, resilient, and intuitive solutions. Working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, you will help design and develop dashboards, monitoring tools, and interfaces that enhance transparency and usability across decentralized finance systems. The role offers the chance to influence key technical decisions, optimize performance, and push forward innovative products in a fully remote setting across the EU.

Accountabilities

As a Web3 Full Stack Engineer, you will:

  • Build high-performance interfaces and internal tools for validator operations, MEV experiments, and on-chain automation
  • Collaborate with tech leads and fellow engineers to translate complex blockchain concepts into usable systems
  • Contribute to design decisions prioritizing speed, resilience, and usability for internal stakeholders and partners
  • Develop and maintain both frontend and backend systems with a focus on scalability and maintainability
  • Participate in rapid iteration cycles, shipping MVPs, collecting feedback, and refining solutions
  • Ensure data visibility, transparency, and usability across complex on-chain and off-chain systems
  • Follow best practices for code quality, documentation, and deployment in a distributed team environment


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience delivering high-quality digital products under tight deadlines
  • Experience in early-stage or fast-iterating product teams with agile development practices
  • Hands-on experience building blockchain dashboards, validator monitoring tools, or MEV reporting interfaces
  • Knowledge or exposure to on-chain compounding systems, automation bots, or keepers
  • Backend expertise: Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs
  • Frontend expertise: React or similar reactive frontend libraries
  • Database experience: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
  • Basic DevOps knowledge: Docker, CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Interest in UX and implementing innovative, user-centric solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote, distributed team environment
