What You’ll Build
- In this role you will own and improve operational tenant-management processes for SAP LeanIX internal, partner and customer tenants.
- You will triage provisioning and workspace-setup requests, execute tenant creation, configuration and deprovisioning, run migrations and data updates.
- You will raise the bar on tenant data quality by defining validation rules, running audits and driving remediation.
- By implementing lightweight automations and validation checks and collaborating with Product & Engineering, Customer Success Management (CSM), SAP IT and Data Governance, you'll reduce time-to-provision, improve tenant health scores and ensure compliance with SAP standards.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Computer Science, Business IT or related). Master’s a plus.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT/business applications, operations or business analysis; equivalent experience or transferable skills are welcome.
- Practical experience or strong knowledge of workspace lifecycle management (onboarding, provisioning, configuration, access control and deprovisioning) in enterprise systems.
- Experience with data profiling, cleansing and basic data governance concepts.
- Proficiency with scripting (Python) for data validation and remediation.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, independent problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skill
- Join a collaborative Customer Technical Engineering team in Ljubljana focused on operational excellence, learning and continuous improvement.
- You will partner closely with engineering, CSM and governance teams, grow your technical and process skills, and contribute to a development-focused, inclusive culture.
