Role Overview

Help us reinvent private aviation: one empty leg at a time!

We’re seeking a Product Manager to join our founding team and take ownership of shaping our product from day one. This role will sit at the heart of aviation, technology, and sustainability, driving our product vision while ensuring we deliver real value to operators and customers alike.

You will define the roadmap, collaborate with developers and designers, validate with users, and help turn big ideas into working features. At the same time, you’ll play an active role in investor pitches and fundraising, helping tell the story of our product and our future.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and refine product features aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.
• Work closely with development and design teams to deliver an intuitive and scalable MVP.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user validation to guide product decisions.
• Develop product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Partner with founders to create compelling investor materials and fundraising narratives.
• Track product performance metrics and iterate quickly based on data and feedback.
• Establish scalable product processes and best practices for future growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in product management, ideally in startups, marketplaces, or travel-tech platforms.
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Background in aviation, mobility, or travel is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills — able to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical teams and investors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on in execution, and strategic in thinking.
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and transforming industries.
