About The Team
You’ll be joining one of Fireblocks’ top-performing teams at a pivotal moment of growth. We’re expanding into new regions — including DACH, the Baltics, Nordics, Central & Eastern Europe, and the Balkans — and this role will give you the chance to own your territory and establish Fireblocks in a new market.
You’ll focus on building relationships with crypto-native firms, Web3 companies, financial institutions, and payment providers, working closely with Sales Engineers and the Business Development team. With the full Fireblocks platform behind you, you’ll be set up to bring real value to clients and make a strong impact in your region.
What You’ll Do
- Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Working closely with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM Team
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
- Prospect, territory, and account planning
- Updating and maintaining Fireblocks CRM
- Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales, selling into a relevant space of financial services, crypto, blockchain or fintech
- Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Direct experience working within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred
- Track record of over achievement
- Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude with a willingness to prospect
- Worked in a team selling environment
