The impact you will create

Join our dynamic team to develop and maintain marketing platforms for Lidl's own brands, including Parkside and Crivit. Our tech stack includes a backend powered by Ibexa and Go services, and a web frontend using Vue.js (new) and Twig (old). You will collaborate closely with backend and frontend developers, business consultants, UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-performance platforms.

• Define and use modern software architectures and stacks to deliver performant platforms to the customers of our own brand
• Coordinate with the native apps team to deliver backend APIs and content
• Work in a Fullstack Team environment, contributing to both backend and frontend development

Experience And Skills You Will Need

• 5+ years of previous professional experience with PHP 8.1+ / Symfony 5.4
• Preferable experience in a modern frontend technology using Vue.js, Nuxt, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS
• Relevant experience in working with databases as PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB
• Relevant knowledge in development and deployment tool chains such as Git and Azure DevOps
• Previous experience in handling cloud technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Extensive knowledge of programming using Ibexa and/or Go will be impressive
• Ability to work effectively in an international team
• Strong communication skills with developers and stakeholders
• Ownership of larger parts of our platforms and solutions
• Good communication skills in English both written and spoken
• German language is an advantage
