The hiring company, a major actor in the Transparency and Traceability industry based in Lausanne, Switzerland, is seeking a Technical Leader specializing in Angular to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a leader capable of taking charge of the technical aspects while helping the team to improve organization and adopt best practices. You'll be proactive and able to structure development processes effectively. The company's goal is to accompany SMEs and larger groups towards :

- Traceability: with its SaaS platform and different digital solutions to come.

- Transparency: with its Digital Transparency Platform - co-related to the SaaS -

Who you are

• Strong expertise in Angular: In-depth mastery of the Angular framework, with proven experience in developing complex applications.
• You already master the latest versions of Angular
• Experience with GitOps: Knowledge of GitOps practices would be a plus to facilitate and automate deployments.
• Knowledge of GraphQL : Experience with GraphQL would be an added advantage.
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of French is highly appreciated

Your tasks

• Managing pull requests and code reviews: Supervising and evaluating the code submitted by team members to ensure its quality and compliance with defined standards.
• Application deployment: Managing the deployment phases and automating processes to optimize production releases.
• Setting up and optimizing new processes: Designing and implementing more efficient work processes for the development team.
• Team restructuring and project support: Providing technical and strategic support to the team, encouraging the adoption of best practice and helping to up-skill developers.

Salary

The budget for this opportunity goes up to CHF 110k /
