WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

Your primary responsibility is to independently manage project lifecycles, from scoping to delivery. You will prioritize tasks to ensure efficient project execution, directly contributing to client satisfaction and overall project success. This role requires effective time management, problem-solving, and proactive communication to address challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes. Your contributions are key to maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving the company forward.

• Manage & develop detailed project lifecycles from initial scoping to delivery, ensuring projects are executed effectively with minimal supervision.

• Employ project management tools and practices to streamline processes, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely completion.

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates.

• Effectively leverage internal quality control processes, ensuring that deliverables exceed established standards.

• Provide actionable feedback to team members, contributing to continuous improvement.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, as well as digital marketing formats and placements.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.

• Commitment to learning and applying new skills, tools, and methodologies to enhance project outcomes and professional growth.

• Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English with team members and clients.

• Proficiency in ensuring tasks and deliverables meet quality standards and align with project objectives.

• Strong ability to identify issues early, propose solutions, and implement changes that ensure project success.

• Strong team player with the ability to work well with others to achieve common goals and objectives.

• Effective at prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines and project milestones.

• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new tools and processes.

• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft360, mainly Excel and Word, Google Suite, mainly Sheets and Docs).

• Experience working in Figma, Adlayer or similar software is a plus
