Job Description

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive digital growth? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where customer experience is at the heart of everything? We’re looking for a Web Analyst to join our Nordics E-commerce team in Region North Europe.

What You’ll Do

As a Web Analyst, you’ll play a key role in optimizing the customer journey on hm.com and the H&M app for our Nordic markets (SE, NO, DK, FI). Your insights will directly influence how we shape the digital experience, ensuring that we meet our customers’ needs and drive digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer behaviour and site performance to identify opportunities that enhance the digital experience and drive sales.
  • Follow up on strategies and actions, delivering actionable insights to the Digital team and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct full-funnel analysis, including traffic and internal search, to understand and improve the customer journey.
  • Evaluate landing pages, traffic channels, and customer segments to optimize performance.
  • Take lead in developing, implementing and setting best practice for new analytics tools and platforms to facilitate a data-driven way of working.


Who You’ll Work With

Join a collaborative Digital team, reporting to the E-commerce Commercial Manager for Nordics. You will work close with the Experience Lead and with E-commerce Leads, and partner with Regional Digital Controllers and cross-functional teams to unlock growth and profitability. You will also be a part of our global Web Analyst community.

Who You Are

We are looking for people with…

  • A university degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in web and data analytics, ideally within a fast-paced e-commerce or digital retail environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record of translating data into strategic actions that drive growth and customer experience improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Looker Studio, GCP, Excel and other relevant data visualization tools (e.g. Content Square) with beneficial experience in programming languages such as Big query, SQL, R, or Python as well as A/B testing experience.
