Job Title: Business Analyst – Manufacturing Processes

Location: Malmö (2–3 days onsite, remainder remote; occasional full weeks onsite)

Contract Type: 3-month contract to hire

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: Up to €400/day

Interview Process: 2 stages


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in manufacturing processes to work with one of the world’s leading companies in food processing and packaging. This role is ideal for someone with 7–10 years of experience who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders while also being hands-on in delivering business analysis in complex manufacturing environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders across manufacturing operations to understand business requirements and translate them into process and system improvements.
  • Analyse, document, and optimise manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency and data-driven insights.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, presenting analysis and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
  • Support initiatives related to MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and related technologies (PLC, SCADA).
  • Collaborate with technical and data teams to ensure business needs are translated into practical solutions.
  • Contribute to process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design for manufacturing operations.


Skills & Experience:

  • 7–10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems (MES experience essential; PLC/SCADA exposure highly desirable).
  • Solid understanding of data and analytics; exposure to data science is a strong plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – able to interact effectively at senior levels.
  • Ability to document, challenge, and improve business processes.
  • Experience working with leading Swedish industrial/manufacturing companies is an advantage.


Other Requirements:

  • Language: English is essential; Swedish is a plus.
  • Availability to work in Malmö 2–3 days per week, with flexibility for occasional longer onsite periods.
