We are looking for a Performance & Insights Analyst to join our team. The role can be based in Stockholm or Uppsala.
About The Role
The Performance & Insights Analyst provides the analytical foundation and governance support that empower Provider Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. They ensure transparency and accountability by consolidating performance data, identifying risks, and enabling effective collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Data consolidation & analysis: Collect and integrate performance metrics, KPIs, and SLA compliance across providers and tiers.
- Performance reporting: Create clear, actionable dashboards and reports for QBRs, SteerCos, and leadership to guide discussions and decisions.
- Risk identification: Detect trends, issues, and opportunities early, providing insights that help PRMs proactively manage provider relationships.
- Governance enablement: Prepare materials, track action items, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure governance forums are efficient and outcome-driven.
- Continuous improvement: Recommend process enhancements and best practices based on performance data and governance outcomes.
- Benchmarking & insights: Compare provider performance internally and against industry standards to support strategic planning.
- Reconciliation: Verify and align provider invoices, performance-based payments, and credits against agreed contracts and SLAs.
- Forecasting & simulations: Build and maintain forward-looking forecasts and scenario simulations to anticipate performance, risks, and resource needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Experience in data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience working with KPI´s
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured, methodical working style
- Strong communication skills – able to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences
- Ability to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities from performance data
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Background in travel, airline, OTA, or platform-based business
