We’re bringing structure and reliability to AI with schema-aware systems. You’ll contribute as a full-stack engineer while representing the product to developers and customers, shipping production code, telling the story, and turning customer needs into product improvements. You’ll be the bridge between our product and the developer community.


1. What you’ll do at Aramai:

Build product & integrations

  • Design, implement, and review production features across frontend, APIs, and backend services.
  • Develop and maintain customer-ready integrations, SDKs, and editor/agent tooling.
  • Add tests, observability, and performance improvements, uphold code quality and reliability.

Partner with customers & the community

  • Run product interviews, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs with customers and partners.
  • Provide hands-on support for trials/POCs and launches, help unblock implementations.
  • Host webinars, and workshops, present at meetups/conferences when appropriate.

Create enablement content

  • Write clear quickstarts, integration guides, and sample repositories.
  • Produce short demo videos and technical explainers (marketing-ready but engineering-deep enough to be useful).
  • Maintain example apps that demonstrate best practices for schema-aware AI.

Close the loop to product

  • Translate field learnings into crisp proposals that improve developer experience (DX).
  • Triage issues with Product/Support, prioritize fixes that reduce time-to-first-success.
  • Track adoption signals and content effectiveness, iterate programs based on data.


2. Qualifications

  • 6+ years building and operating production software (full-stack or backend-leaning).
  • Schema design and operations across relational, NoSQL, and graph, performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Built and operated reliable batch/streaming pipelines, solid ETL/ELT, data quality, lineage, and observability.
  • Strong API and data modeling skills, solid testing, monitoring, and code review practices.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and developers. clear communicator in calls, docs, and live demos.
  • Demonstrated experience creating developer-facing artifacts (integrations, SDKs, tools, docs, talks, or videos).
  • Familiarity with modern AI/LLM or data-centric systems and integrating them into real products.


3. Nice to Have

  • Background with schemas/metadata, knowledge graphs/semantics, or agent/context protocols.
  • Track record running community programs (workshops, webinars, meetups, or ambassador initiatives).
  • Open-source stewardship or meaningful contributions to developer tooling.
