We are now looking for a Java Developer to join us and contribute to building high-quality, end-to-end solutions that create real business impact.
As a Java Developer at OBSS, you will work on diverse, large-scale projects to design, build, and maintain innovative software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop RESTful APIs, create scalable architectures, and ensure high coding standards that support mission-critical systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Java applications in line with project requirements.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of RESTful APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards.
- Support troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software defects.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
Qualifications / Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Solid understanding of Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Familiarity with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred).
- Experience with RESTful services and basic SQL queries.
- Awareness of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with version control tools (Git).
- Willingness to learn CI/CD tools, testing frameworks, and software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Team player with motivation to grow in a professional environment.
