We are looking for experienced .NET Developers to help build a modern, high-performance system from scratch using .NET 6/8, Kafka, and microservices. The platform will integrate with multiple enterprise systems and deliver long-term impact for thousands of users.

Main Responsibilities:

• Development: Build scalable backend features in .NET 6/8 and microservices-based architecture
• Integration: Implement and integrate REST/SOAP services and event-driven systems with Kafka
• Collaboration: Work closely with analysts, architects, and business stakeholders on requirements and design
• Quality: Contribute to testing, deployment, optimisation, and system performance

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in .NET development
• Strong skills in .NET 6/8, REST, SOAP, SQL Server, Entity Framework
• Experience with Kafka and distributed/microservices architecture
• Understanding of enterprise system integration and APIs
• Polish fluency and English at B2 working level

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking/financial systems or other enterprise-scale projects
• Background in secure systems or mobile banking
• Familiarity with DDD, event storming, or user story mapping
• Agile/SCRUM team experience
