We are looking for a Lead iOS Developer who is passionate about building world-class mobile applications, applying clean architecture, and leading mobile engineering initiatives with a focus on quality and performance.

Your Role

As a Lead iOS Developer, you will design and develop advanced applications for Apple platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and high user experience. You will drive the complete lifecycle of mobile development — from requirements to testing and maintenance — while mentoring other developers and aligning iOS solutions with overall system architecture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead iOS app development from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Architect scalable, maintainable applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Apply Clean Architecture, MVVM, VIPER, or equivalent design patterns.
• Work with Core Data, SQLite, Realm, or other persistence frameworks.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with architects to align mobile solutions with system and cloud architectures.
• Implement test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and enforce code quality standards.
• Optimize for performance, memory usage, offline-first capabilities, and security.
• Mentor junior iOS developers, conduct code reviews, and foster engineering excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of iOS development experience, with proven delivery of large-scale apps.
• Strong command of Swift and SwiftUI, Objective-C is a plus.
• Expertise in UIKit, Combine, concurrency (GCD, async/await).
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture, modularization, and design patterns.
• Experience with APIs, REST, GraphQL, and real-time communication.
• Proficiency in test automation (XCTest, UI testing) and continuous integration.
• Familiarity with App Store distribution, provisioning, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with media streaming, video playback, and offline caching.
• Knowledge of system-level architecture and cloud-native integration.
• Familiarity with NFRs such as performance optimization and maintainability.
