The UX Designer role is aimed at enhancing user experiences through effective design strategies, particularly for complex B2B/enterprise projects. The primary objective is to facilitate discovery sessions, conduct user research, and advocate for user perspectives while collaborating with stakeholders and design teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Location: remote The role may involve occasional travel within the EMEA and North America
- Start: ASAP / 2 weeks
- B2B: up to 135zł/h netto+VAT
- Duration: 3, 6 or 10 months project
The UX Designer role is aimed at enhancing user experiences through effective design strategies, particularly for complex B2B/enterprise projects. The primary objective is to facilitate discovery sessions, conduct user research, and advocate for user perspectives while collaborating with stakeholders and design teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Work on complex B2B/enterprise projects.
- Collaborate independently or within a larger design team.
- Negotiate with stakeholders and advocate for the user perspective.
- Drive UX improvements, facilitate workshops, and collaborate across roles.
- Min. 3 years of experience as UX or UI Designer.
- Strong track record in end-to-end UX design, especially discovery/research phases.
- Experience in user research, information architecture, and user flows.
- Workshop facilitation skills (onsite & remote).
- Product discovery experience with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Figma for prototyping & high-fidelity screens.
- Fluent English.
- Team coordination or design leadership.
- Product analytics knowledge.
- Advanced Figma and other prototyping tools.
- Mentoring/coaching experience.
