The opportunity

The role is for a passionate Junior UX/UI Designer who can take up opportunities in UX/UI Design, ideally with focus on mobile application design and Design System creation and governance. You will work on projects and proposals for Innovation & Experience Design, support the team in facilitating vision-stating workshops, assess and build innovative products and services or create Visual Design for successful MVPs, Prototypes, Products & Interactions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support UX/UI projects
• Support the team in gathering user experience design requirements from global stakeholders, SMEs and end users and convert them into comprehensive UX/UI design solutions
• Identify & build Customer Journeys
• Drive Ideation, Interaction Design around Personas, new Design patterns, spread the Human Centered Design approach with clients
• Support research activities: do hands-on research to drive innovation, identify and pick up latest trends, best practices, frameworks, business to users’ digital interactions and habits and use them to help clients reimagine, design and execute their enterprise transformation

• Have an open mind, deep dive into the challenges and be eager to constantly learn and self-develop
• Have the ability to employ agile methods and work with the team to create and deliver designs, UI & UX offerings
• Have a passion for design and eagerness to iterate on design solutions
  
  

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Proficiency in English (oral and written)
• 2+ years of proven experience in designing UX/UI
• Proficiency in using Figma
• Experience in designing mobile applications
• Experience in creating and governing Design Systems
  
  

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Proficiency in German or French
• Knowledge of User Research, Innovation, Usability Tests, Analytics & Metrics, Heuristic Evaluations or Prototyping
• Experience in working with Mural/Miro, prototyping tools, and graphical software, e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator
