Ecore is a 20-year-old fintech software company specializing in ERP solutions for leasing and factoring companies. Our flagship products—L-Pack and F-Pack—are trusted by leading financial institutions across Turkey. As we modernize our platforms with new technologies and designs, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team and help shape the future of financial software.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, business analysts, and developers to modernize our ERP software interfaces. You’ll take ownership of user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring our platforms are intuitive, modern, and aligned with the needs of financial professionals.

• Lead the redesign of our ERP product interfaces with a focus on usability, clarity, and consistency.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand workflows and pain points of financial sector users.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Define and maintain a scalable design system for Ecore’s ERP products.
• Stay updated with UI/UX best practices and fintech/ERP industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally with complex enterprise or fintech software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design process and UI deliverables.
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
• Experience designing for responsive web applications and dashboards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP, banking, or financial systems.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) for smoother developer collaboration.
• Devexpress is a plus.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
