Full-of-Life Qualities

• BS degree related to Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering,
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Data Engineering, with at least 2 years working on GenAI or LLM-based solutions,
• Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers),
• Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex,
• Strong understanding of RAG pipelines, including vector databases and hybrid search methods,
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, embeddings, and LLM fine-tuning techniques,
• Background in building AI evaluation frameworks, including LLM-as-a-judge methodologies.
• Experience working with local LLMs and embedding models,
• Knowledge of reranker models and AI interpretability tools,
• Solid foundation in data engineering: SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and pipeline architecture.

Nice to Have

• Experience with FastAPI for building scalable RESTful APIs,
• Exposure to MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions),
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS,
• Experience with multimodal AI (text, image, audio),
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch for search and analytics use cases,
• Kubernetes (K8s) experience for deploying and orchestrating containerized AI workloads.

• Build and deploy agentic systems leveraging state-of-the-art AI technologies,
• Develop and optimize LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and performance evaluation,
• Evaluate, select, and integrate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms for scalability, efficiency, and compliance,
• Establish best practices for observability, data quality, and performance using tools like LangSmith, LangFuse, and similar,
• Continuously improve AI workflows with a focus on model monitoring, fairness, interpretability, and robustness,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, data science, engineering—to seamlessly integrate AI into core services,
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and multimodal AI, and apply them to real-world use cases,
• Iterate rapidly in an agile, outcome-driven environment that values innovation and impact.
