Job Description
The Talent Acquisition team in our new Shared HR Center in Gdansk are responsible for delivery aligned to hiring demands. This is a newly established department which in the future aims to support our business within recruitment administration.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, the goal is to deliver best in class candidate experience, in the most effective way in a fast-paced environment.

- Support process improvements and recruitment reporting
- Provide clear communication and a positive candidate experience
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Higher education (bachelor’s degree)
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Committed to support, continuously improve and share best practice
- Experience in Shared Service environment is beneficial
- Experience in working in ATS system and knowledge of sourcing methods is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in any languages other than English is considered a strong asset
