✍️ What You’ll Bring?

· BS or MS in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS, Business Administration related fields,

· Maximum 3 years of experience in a similar position,

· Capable of analytical thinking, problem solving an strong communication skills,

· Familiarity with Project Management methods, disciplines, and project lifecycle,

· Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies,

· Having Good knowledge of MS-Office program (Excel, Word, etc.),

· Multi-tasking and pressure handling skills with excellent communication skills,

· Ability to take the initiative to complete projects and solve business issues,

· Ability to identify customer expectations about product and evaluate new requirements,

· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment,

· Being a collaborative team player,

· Knowledge and experience of customer and account flow, ADK applications is a plus.

👩 💻 What You’ll Be Doing?

· Facilitation in business requirements analysis and designs (Gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the business stakeholders),

· Participate in meetings with customer and engineering team to develop the most optimal solution,

· Creation of user story documentation and acceptance criteria evaluation,

· Relay the detailed information to the developers,

· Analyze and breakdown business problems into prioritized, deliverable user stories and define acceptance criteria,

· Work with cross-functional team analysts, project managers, and owners,

· Understand process mapping, user journey, as-in, and to-be entity diagrams,

· Assist test QA team at test scenario creation and test execution,

· Record user problems related to products and solve non-technical problems,

· Analyze new modules or features to be added to the products in use,

· Ensure that the tested product conforms to customer requirements,

· Train team members and other stakeholders such as support teams,

· Create elaborate product backlog items, prioritizing them with the customer and team in line with the project goals.
