Overview


We are seeking an experienced Technical E-commerce Platform Project Manager to lead and support digital projects for our e-commerce platforms. The role will involve managing end-to-end software development processes, coordinating with HQ and RHQ offices, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of platform enhancements. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical understanding, project management expertise, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead digital platform projects from scope definition to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Manage communication and project coordination with internal stakeholders, HQ, and RHQ teams.
  • Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity for development teams.
  • Prepare and maintain key documentation, including software request forms, business requirement documents, and analysis documents.
  • Oversee development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and sprint review sessions.
  • Manage ecommerce software development projects
  • Led middleware integration and API implementation projects
  • Oversee marketplace integration projects, with a focus on end-to-end delivery
  • Coordinate and monitor testing processes, including BVT (Build Verification Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Track project progress and manage issue resolution using project management tools.
  • Ensure proper integration of UX/UI requirements into development projects.
  • Support server and code structure understanding to effectively communicate with development teams.


Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in digital project management, preferably in e-commerce or software development.
  • Proven experience managing software development projects in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of code structure, server architecture, and software development lifecycle.
  • Marketplace integration experience is nice to have
  • Hands-on experience with sprint cycles, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Proficient in preparing technical documentation such as requirement specifications and analysis documents.
  • Experience in BVT and UAT testing processes.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Skilled in building positive relationships across teams and cultures.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
