🚨 Urgent Requirement – Customer Insights Analyst (Poland)
We’re currently supporting a leading consumer health client with an urgent requirement in Poland:
đź“Ś Role: Insights Analyst
đź“„ Contract: 6 months
đź“Ť Location: Remote (with some travel to customer location)
What you’ll do:
- Develop and monitor key KPIs (CES, CSAT, FCR).
- Deliver insights to improve consumer care.
- Promote GCR data products across Marketing, R&D and Quality.
- Spot patterns in behaviour and share actionable reports.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in insights/data analytics.
- Strong Power BI and Excel skills.
- A consumer-first mindset and collaborative approach.
