🚨 Urgent Requirement – Customer Insights Analyst (Poland)

We’re currently supporting a leading consumer health client with an urgent requirement in Poland:

📌 Role: Insights Analyst

📄 Contract: 6 months

📍 Location: Remote (with some travel to customer location)

What you’ll do:

• Develop and monitor key KPIs (CES, CSAT, FCR).
• Deliver insights to improve consumer care.
• Promote GCR data products across Marketing, R&D and Quality.
• Spot patterns in behaviour and share actionable reports.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in insights/data analytics.
• Strong Power BI and Excel skills.
• A consumer-first mindset and collaborative approach.
