We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems and Software Administrator to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our IT systems and digital platforms.

Role Overview:

The IT Systems and Software Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the school’s IT systems, software applications, and digital platforms. This role will ensure the reliability, security, and optimal performance of technology solutions that support teaching, learning, and administration across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all school software systems, including Student Information Systems (SIS), academic management platforms, and administrative applications.
• Oversee system administration, user accounts, access permissions, and software licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, academic, and administrative teams to implement technology solutions that enhance learning and operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with UAE data protection regulations.
• Lead IT projects, including software upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Train staff on system usage and best practices, and develop user documentation.
• Maintain records of systems, software configurations, and ongoing IT projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing IT systems and software, preferably in an educational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, software applications, and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead IT projects and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
