What You Will Be Doing

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering insightful reports that support data-driven decision-making. The role involves independently analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and translating findings into clear, concise reports for business units. The analyst ensures the execution of both BAU (Business as Usual) and ad hoc deliverables by providing timely, reliable, and insightful management information (MI) in accordance with SOP guidelines. Additionally, the role includes identifying initiatives and addressing process gaps to strengthen the MI reporting framework in alignment with the organization’s vision.

• Design and develop comprehensive reports by integrating data from multiple sources.

• Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and key insights.

• Translate complex data into clear, concise, and visually compelling reports using data visualization tools.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to gather requirements, address issues, and ensure report accuracy, consistency, quality, and timeliness.

• Communicate complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes to deliver insightful MI reports efficiently, while ensuring data quality and consistency for stakeholders.

• Partner and collaborate with internal teams to effectively manage expectations and deliverables.

• Develop cross-functional skills across units to support multiple processes as needed.

What We are Looking for

• Graduate in Math, Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Finance, etc.

• Min. 3 years in the Business Intelligence (BI) domain, focusing on Reporting and Analytics.

• Exposure to Banking Domain.

• Proficient in MS Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• BI and Analytics Tools:

Python – for Data Analysis, Automation, and Scripting.

Power BI – for Interactive Dashboards & Data Visualization

SQL – for Data Querying, Transformation & Database

VBA – for Excel Automation and Custom Reporting

SAS – for Statistical Analysis and Data Modelling
