About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales function and accelerate business growth in the logistics and e-commerce industry. This role requires a results-driven leader with strong cross-border experience, the ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams, and fluency in Mandarin to support regional and international growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Drive new business development while expanding relationships with existing clients across multiple markets.
  • Build strong partnerships with enterprise clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their logistics and cross-border needs.
  • Negotiate large-scale contracts and strategic agreements to secure long-term growth.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing, and customer service) to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key client meetings, building brand presence and market credibility.
  • Act as a key liaison for Chinese-speaking partners and clients, ensuring effective communication and strong business relationships.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Industry Background: Proven success in e-commerce, supply chain, cross-border logistics.
  • Language: Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
  • Proven track record of building and leading sales teams that consistently exceed targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills at C-level.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to drive execution.
