ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re building a new version of our platform from the ground up — no legacy baggage, no third-party dev shops. Just a tight, in-house team focused on getting things right, piece by piece.

We’re looking for a Mobile Engineer who’s comfortable working across both iOS and Android, and who enjoys shaping clean, reliable experiences for real users. This role involves owning the full mobile cycle — from architecture and development to deployment and iteration.

The ideal person is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within a small team. We’re not looking for a manager — we’re looking

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Build and maintain our mobile app from the ground up — across both iOS and Android
• Handle end-to-end deployment and release cycles (App Store & Play Store)
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and modern mobile architecture best practices
• Integrate APIs and work closely with backend, design, and product teams
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability as the product evolves
• Create and reuse modular components and contribute to technical standards

THIS ROLE WILL BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU ARE:

• Enjoy working in early-stage or fast-evolving product environments
• Feel comfortable with unclear specs and figuring things out as you go
• Have experience owning mobile projects end-to-end, not just contributing to features
• Care about structure and maintainability — but can also move quickly when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development (React Native or native iOS/Android)
• Strong track record deploying to both iOS and Android stores
• Good understanding of app architecture, state management, and DDD
• Familiarity with CI/CD, crash reporting, and release tooling
• Comfortable working with REST APIs, handling auth, and managing app lifecycle
• Based in Dubai or open to relocating — this is an on-site position

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with React Native (preferred), but native dev is also welcome
• Background in B2B apps, procurement platforms, or supply chain tools
• Understanding of backend technologies like NestJS or PostgreSQL
• Previous experience working in a small or cross-functional team
