As the Product Manager for our Group Super App, you will drive the strategy and execution of a multi-service platform used by millions worldwide. You will collaborate closely with regional Operating Companies (OpCos) to ensure the app balances global scalability with local relevance. By aligning centralized innovation with OpCo execution, you will deliver a cohesive user experience that adapts to regional needs, regulatory landscapes, and cultural nuances. This role is pivotal in harmonizing cross-functional teams and OpCo stakeholders to achieve business objectives and user satisfaction.


Essential duties and responsibilities include.


Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the selfcare at group and opco level.
  • Align product initiatives with business objectives and stakeholder requirements to drive operational excellence and streamline processes and issue a clear sprint roll out according to priorities.


Requirements definition and gathering

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and customer support teams, to define and gather requirements and prioritize features.
  • Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
  • Conduct user research, A/B testing, and feedback analysis in collaboration with OpCos to optimize region-specific user journeys.
  • Validate feature adoption and performance metrics with OpCo teams to refine product-market fit.


Product Development

  • Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers to build and enhance product. Drive the development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to development, testing, implementation and deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for the administration portal and CRM system.
  • Optimize workflows, navigation, and data visualization to improve user productivity and satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party applications. Design scalable solutions that can accommodate the evolving needs of AXIAN Telecom growing business operations.
  • Define data management policies and reporting requirements.
  • Implement robust data analytics capabilities to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement. Iterate on features and functionalities of the selfcare to improve usability, efficiency, and overall user experience.
  • Work closely with security and compliance teams to assess risks, implement safeguards, and address audit findings.



Stakeholder management and governance

  • Set up and animate the appropriate governance to monitor the project, approve the new release to pilot the execution of the project.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and end-users, to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive adoption the product.
  • Communicate product updates and enhancements effectively to ensure alignment.


Performance review

  • Track global and OpCo-specific KPIs (DAU, retention, revenue) to measure success and iterate based on data insights.
  • Report progress to group leadership and OpCo stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Support operating companies in identifying performance improving actions to be implemented to deliver and accelerate business performance.

  • good understanding of the development and testing phases, comfortable with the technical solution and architecture to implement

Educational & other Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business/Marketing/Engineering/CS with 4+ years of experience with a focus on digital products and startup ecosystem.
