  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner / HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a strong HR background within the EPC, Oil & Gas, or Construction sectors and should be well-versed in all facets of Human Resources operations and strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead employee onboarding and induction processes.
  • Manage employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
  • Oversee employee medical and life insurance programs.
  • Conduct probation reviews and coordinate confirmation processes.
  • Maintain and update employee data in ERP systems.
  • Process and manage status changes (promotions, transfers, resignations) with proper approvals.
  • Execute the annual performance management cycle.
  • Manage reward and compensation structures including increments, promotions, salary analysis, and incentive plans.
  • Drive talent management initiatives across departments.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs and surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal procedures.
  • Draft and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and internal investigations.
  • Conduct exit interviews, manage separations, and analyze attrition trends.
  • Generate HR dashboards, reports, and monthly MIS summaries.
  • Administer HR letters, certificates, and related documentation.
  • Maintain and update the internal HR portal.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of generalist HR experience in an EPC / Oil & Gas / Construction company
  • Strong command of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in ERP and HRIS systems
  • Preferred Female candidate (Any Nationality)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
