- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner / HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a strong HR background within the EPC, Oil & Gas, or Construction sectors and should be well-versed in all facets of Human Resources operations and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Manage employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
- Oversee employee medical and life insurance programs.
- Conduct probation reviews and coordinate confirmation processes.
- Maintain and update employee data in ERP systems.
- Process and manage status changes (promotions, transfers, resignations) with proper approvals.
- Execute the annual performance management cycle.
- Manage reward and compensation structures including increments, promotions, salary analysis, and incentive plans.
- Drive talent management initiatives across departments.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs and surveys.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal procedures.
- Draft and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and internal investigations.
- Conduct exit interviews, manage separations, and analyze attrition trends.
- Generate HR dashboards, reports, and monthly MIS summaries.
- Administer HR letters, certificates, and related documentation.
- Maintain and update the internal HR portal.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of generalist HR experience in an EPC / Oil & Gas / Construction company
- Strong command of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in ERP and HRIS systems
- Preferred Female candidate (Any Nationality)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
