Job Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks within the HR department.
- Prepare HR related reports as needed.
- Research & partner with different stakeholders on different HR related tasks.
- Assist HR team in data collection.
- Review HR policies & procedures for accuracy and documentation.
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing plans.
- Lease with PRO for visa operations and onboarding of new hires.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or similar field
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet
- Experience of 1-2 years in similar HR role in GCC
- Excellent Communication & Administrative skills
- Planning & Organization skills
- Research & Analytical skills
- Project Management experience is a plus
