Job Responsibilities:


  • Perform various administrative tasks within the HR department.
  • Prepare HR related reports as needed.
  • Research & partner with different stakeholders on different HR related tasks.
  • Assist HR team in data collection.
  • Review HR policies & procedures for accuracy and documentation.
  • Manage end to end recruitment cycle, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing plans.
  • Lease with PRO for visa operations and onboarding of new hires.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or similar field
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet
  • Experience of 1-2 years in similar HR role in GCC
  • Excellent Communication & Administrative skills
  • Planning & Organization skills
  • Research & Analytical skills
  • Project Management experience is a plus
