Job Purpose


The position is responsible for supporting the Human Capital function including day to day administration & plans. Mainly ticket booking, raising PR’s in SAP and handling medical and life insurance of Khidmah employees.


The job description covers the main day to day activities of but are not limited to the described roles & responsibilities.


Responsibilities may change due to the business requirements, and it is expected that the incumbent will be flexible and carry out duties as directed by direct supervisor.


Education & Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration in HRM or equivalent in any related field e.g., Psychology
  • HR Professional certifications is a plus. E.g., CIPD, SHRM

Experience:


  1. 2-4 years of experience in HRM.
  2. HR experience in Employee Relations, medical insurance, onboarding, offboarding, and staff welfare activities is a must.
  3. Exposure and background experience in Health and Safety regulations is a plus


Roles , Responsibilities, Duties


  1. Handle Medical insurance renewal/availing coordination and provision of documents
  2. Insurance enrollment/Addition of new employees and dependents - Professional and Technical
  3. Insurance deletion of new employees and dependents - Professional and Technical
  4. Processing medical reimbursements claims
  5. Coordinating with our insurance brokers in getting medical procedures approved if needed
  6. Scan, save & dispatch Insurance cards to respective employees or their team leaders/supervisors- New & Annual Renewals
  7. Tracking debit & credit notes from Brokers for payment & record purpose
  8. Maintain the trackers such as insurance census list, business card requests, etc.
  9. Organize the medical insurance folder effectively enabling documents to be easily found.
  10. Respond to staff insurance inquiries efficiently, sensitively, and politely
  11. Cover all legal compliance for human resource requirements in terms of HAAD and DOH requirement
  12. Manage Air Ticket and hotel booking - Business Travel, technical staff vacation and exit tickets (UAE & KSA)
  13. Create & track PR in SAP for HC department and ensure it is within budget and without duplication
  14. Submission of all PR invoices to Document control
  15. Handle business card requests (New employees and existing employees)
  16. Manage KSA visa process.
  17. Create reports as requested by the line manager
  18. Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by the line manager or Director of HR.
