HireOn is partnering with a leading UAE-based organization to hire a Senior Technical Project Manager – Generative AI. This position requires a visionary leader who can connect business needs with Generative AI innovation, ensuring enterprise-level delivery of cutting-edge AI projects. You will manage project execution, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful AI/ML solutions that transform business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generative AI Programs – Oversee AI/ML project lifecycles from strategy to production rollout.
• Bridge Business & Tech – Translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical plans.
• Ensure Execution – Manage budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Agile Delivery – Run sprint ceremonies, refine backlogs, and drive team productivity.
• Cross-Functional Leadership – Act as the connector between product, business, and AI engineering teams.
• AI Innovation – Guide the development of LLMs, NLP, multimodal AI, RAG pipelines, and related solutions.
• Compliance First – Enforce AI governance, data privacy, and security best practices.
• Strategic Input – Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and client discussions on AI/ML capabilities.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of project/program management in enterprise IT.
• 3–5+ years directly managing AI/ML or Generative AI projects.
• Proven track record with LLMs, NLP, or AI-driven enterprise deployments.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle, cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, Vector DBs.
• Solid foundation in Agile/Scrum practices (Jira/Confluence).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or AI/ML certifications are a strong plus.
