Role Overvie

wWe are seeking an Engineering Manager to support and grow our engineering teams as we transform from an AV integrator into a technology company. In this role, you will focus on people management, team health, and delivery execution. You will enable engineers to do their best work by providing coaching, feedback, and clarity, while partnering with product management and technical leaders to ensure alignment and impact

.This role is primarily focused on leadership rather than coding, but you should have a strong technical background to guide and support engineers in their decisions, and be ready to contribute with hands-on coding when required

.You will play a key role in making sure our teams develop secure and efficient solutions that strengthen our cloud-native platform and support the delivery of our SaaS offerings
