Project Manager

Project Handling:

Define functional specifications for security solution projects in liaison with client and ensure clear communication on clarification of technical interfaces with the stakeholder, Consultants and/or contractor for future discrepancies.

Preparation of all drawings, site coordination works. Manage situations at all circumstances.

Site Survey / Planning:

• Conduct site survey, prepare assessment reports and identify suitable security solutions based on requirements and site conditions.
• Follow up, spot checks on-going activities for quality control; coordinate the definition of an appropriate monitoring system for the project with the appropriate plans of follow-up indicators, Update indicators, achievements, activities and results according to the project Log.
• Co-ordinate with client for the risk assessment and Plan when necessary to understand and analyze the security and IT requirements of the client reporting to Engineering office.
• Plan workshops along with client and relevant stakeholder to identify security scope of works to be delivered for projects.
• Identify needs for further or specific training, equipment, support, and elaborate terms of orientation.

Project Monitoring and Reporting:

• Oversee the project to verify quality & compliance to standards, Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting to Engineering office and to the client.

Required Criteria:

• Bachelor degree in Electronics & Communication or relevant field.
• 5+ years experience preferably in security engineering.
• PMP Certification Preferred.
